Leif Lundaas is a co-founder of Aqua Ventures. He has over 12 years of financial, operating and investment experience from multiple industry sectors. Prior to co-founding Aqua Ventures in 2009, Leif was an investment professional at Alexandra Investment Management, a multi strategy hedge fund, responsible for equity investments in US and European companies. Earlier in his career, Leif worked in venture capital at Goldman Sachs where he helped to source and invest in early stage technology companies.
Leif started his career as an investment banker at Salomon Smith Barney, advising US financial institutions on M&A, equity and debt transactions. Leif is a Board Member of NYC Residential and Aqua Skin Science Inc. Leif received an M.B.A. from MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) and a B.A. in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley.
