When investing in companies, we look for:

• Marketing-driven branded consumer products companies.

• Focus on lifestyle, wellness, food and beverage, personal care, pet and leisure sectors of the consumer products industry.

• Revenues between $0-30 million.

• High and sustainable gross margins and predictable cash flows.

• Preferable controlling equity stake.

• Majority of revenues in the United States, but potential for international sales.

• Well defined Internet strategy.

• Potential for direct-to-consumer model.

• Business strategy should incorporate social and environmental concerns and implications.
